Grief & Loss

Grief can leave you feeling disoriented, lost, numb, angry, confused, guilty, or overcome with sadness. Losses may include:

I support participants in finding a more integrated identity and finding freedom from shame or fear-inducing practices or beliefs.

Offerings

At this time, I am not taking insurance and will be accepting credit/debit pay only.

I believe that everyone should have access to healing and understand that, for various reasons, people may not have the extra funds to cover the cost of a therapist. I adopt the Green Bottle Sliding Sale Method, a flexible tool built on trust and equity, to increase the accessibility of my therapy services.

What is the Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method?

The Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method, developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, is a flexible pricing structure designed to make services more accessible. It offers a range of payment options based on various financial circumstances and financial privilege. This model is built on trust, equity, and collective care – making sure people get the support they need without draining their already limited reserves.

This scale relies on truthfulness and accountability. I will not ask for proof of income, but rather trust you to be honest about what you can pay. Community thrives on accountability and trust. I need to earn a wage and participants deserve services that recognize their economic reality and privilege.
